At The Varenna, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

45-Day Return Window

You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 45 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original, unworn condition
  • Include all original packaging, certificates, and accessories
  • Show no signs of use, scratches, or damage

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@thevarenna.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return authorisation.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked and insured shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers in Germany and the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us via email at support@thevarenna.com. Our 45-day return window extends this statutory period in your favour.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require a price adjustment.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or certificates
  • Items returned after the 45-day window
