At The Varenna, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to Germany.
Shipping Rates
- Germany: Free shipping on orders over €200. Orders under €200: €14.99.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: 10-15 business days via DHL
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via DHL, a trusted international courier with full tracking and reliable delivery across Germany.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number sent via email. You can track your shipment directly through the DHL website using the tracking code provided in your dispatch confirmation.
Insured Shipping
All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage at no additional cost. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped from our fulfilment centre, applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where possible. Any additional charges determined by German customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. The Varenna has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@thevarenna.com.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If DHL is unable to deliver your package and it is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
