General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

Products and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur.
  • All products are subject to availability.

Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information provided is accurate.
  • We accept payments via PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship exclusively to Germany via DHL.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over €200.
  • Orders under €200 are charged a flat rate of €14.99.
  • All orders include a tracking code.
  • Processing time is 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Returns and Refunds

  • You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and certificates.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@thevarenna.com.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
  • EU customers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as required by German and EU consumer protection law.

Warranty

  • All watches come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure beyond the rated water resistance, or unauthorised modifications.
  • This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under German law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Varenna and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Varenna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where our business is registered. For consumers residing in Germany or the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

Online Dispute Resolution (EU Customers)

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
